the memory foam type of mattress. Memory Foam mattresses are made of a
heat sensitive, visco-elastic polyurethane foam. How the memory foam
mattress works is that when the foam is at standard room temperature the
foam material will be harder than it will be at skin temperature. What
happens when a body comes in contact with the mattress foam is that the
foam material will soften to conform to the body that is in contact with
it.
The memory foam mattress is going to be heavier than an standard box
spring type of mattress, but this will make it more supportive for
people with back or muscle pain. The memory foam mattress is probably
one of the more expensive on the market but is a good choice since it is
a good compromise between soft and firm mattresses.

Children and Bunk Beds
Bunks beds are such a constant when it comes to childrens bedrooms. They are especially popular when a family has two children close in age as they make easy sleeping arrangements in one room while allowing for more floor space for play and toys. Bunk beds can work well in small guestrooms as you can sleep multiple people in the room without taking precious floor space.

Down is one of the best natural insulating materials available. If you want to keep warm in the winter use a down comforter. Down is made of the under plumage of water fowl, which is naturally light and fluffy. These little clusters of feathers have filaments with tiny air pockets filled with warm still air. These pockets expand in response to your body heat to keep you comfortably warm. Luxury down comforters usually contain goose feather filling. While goose feathers are now rare because the goose is on the endangered species list, you can still find comforters made from the down of the eider duck. Since these feathers can only be obtained from the empty nests of the eider duck, comforters made from them are extremely expensive.
